Healthy Taco Seasoning Recipe
Hello all! I love Mexican Food and if you do too then I would suggest to give this healthy taco seasoning recipe a try! This recipe yields 9 oz. of seasoning that you can use for making tacos or any other recipe that uses taco seasoning in the recipe.
Taco seasoning is high in sodium and uses other fillers, MSG and extra preservatives. This recipe can also be customized for salt and spiciness. Feel free to give it your own personal touch. This recipe does have salt in it but feel free to omit the salt to get a taco seasoning without sodium. I omitted the salt in this recipe and it tasted great!
